Born and raised in Evergreen, Colorado, I spent years traveling the continent and ended up back where I started. Evergreen is one of the best places on Earth; the importance our community places on health, fitness, and the outdoors is what makes this place home for me. Optimal health isn’t an end in itself. It opens up the best things life has to offer. Peak physical fitness allows you to do more of what you love. This is what over a decade of prioritizing my own health has taught me.
